Finnaeus Easterly

Finnaeus Easterly is a talented nature photographer and logo designer that enjoys applying simple visual cues to communicate accurate information promptly (in both digital and analog formats). After being diagnosed as an adult with a rare genetic disease that is generally recognized and treated conservatively in children, she turned her attention to promoting awareness of the disease. She documented her way through 20 operations to try to inform others of the life-altering and sometimes fatal repercussions of late diagnosis, encouraging people to check themselves and their children for warning signs to be followed up by a medical professional familiar with the disease. She has aided more than 300 people in the Western United States in finding doctors in their area willing to test for and help treat patients with a disease that often requires the assistance a wide array of practitioners. Despite her frustrating physical limitations, she still finds a way to enjoy her hobbies, including hiking, applied physiology/psychological anthropology, photography, 3D mapping properties for landscaping as well as her life-long MMORPGs
